研究血管小球的過濾速率用FITC標(biāo)記菊糖—上海甄準(zhǔn)生物

FITC標(biāo)記菊糖通過FITC和菊糖反應(yīng)合成而制得。菊糖長期用于監(jiān)測腎清除率。FITC標(biāo)記菊糖可以提供簡單和靈敏的選擇，替代繁瑣的菊糖的化學(xué)分析，同時可以實現(xiàn)實時分析。熒光特性和FITC標(biāo)記的葡聚糖相似。

FITC標(biāo)記的菊糖主要研究實驗動物血管小球的過濾速率，也可以用于調(diào)查影響其他組織滲透性影響因素。優(yōu)勢是通過測量熒光性得到健康和不健康的組織的運輸和滲透性。通過生物體熒光顯微鏡，研究可以實時進(jìn)行。該技術(shù)具有高靈敏性，在組織液，濃度低至1ug/ml也可以檢測到。
