細(xì)胞、血管和組織滲透性研究用FITC標(biāo)記聚蔗糖—上海甄準(zhǔn)生物

聚蔗糖是由交聯(lián)的蔗糖和表氯醇合成而得的聚合物。聚蔗糖易溶于水，其鹽溶液pH范圍廣。與蔗糖類(lèi)似，聚蔗糖對(duì)酸的敏感性強(qiáng)于葡聚糖，因此必須考慮酸的pH值。聚蔗糖70是聚蔗糖一類(lèi)，分子量70000。聚蔗糖有突出的生物兼容性。FITC標(biāo)記的聚蔗糖70由聚蔗糖70和FITC反應(yīng)而得。FITC標(biāo)記的聚蔗糖分子量有20000，40000，也可以提供分子量400000。

FITC標(biāo)記聚蔗糖FITC-Ficolls 主要用于研究細(xì)胞、血管和組織滲透性。優(yōu)勢(shì)是通過(guò)測(cè)量熒光性得到健康和不健康的組織的運(yùn)輸和滲透性。通過(guò)生物體熒光顯微鏡，研究可以實(shí)時(shí)進(jìn)行。該技術(shù)具有高靈敏性，在組織液，濃度低至1ug/ml也可以檢測(cè)到。
